This website is owned and operated by Prestige Booths, functioning under the laws of the United Kingdom. Prior to engaging in our photo booth rental services, we request that you thoroughly review these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”).

Upon utilizing our services, you commit to being bound by our Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. Should you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, we kindly urge you to refrain from using our services. Please note that we reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice, and it is your responsibility to periodically review them for updates.

Please be aware that pictures and videos captured by Prestige Booths may be utilized for marketing and promotional purposes unless you choose to decline participation. This site is intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm obtaining consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) to enter into a binding agreement and take responsibility for your actions, associated charges, and compliance with these terms.

1. Booking and Payment:

To secure a booking, the Client must pay a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which is specified in the invoice. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. If the Client cancels the event/ booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Photo Booth Services:

We provide a fully functional photo booth for the specified duration, which includes a booth attendant for assistance. It is the Clients responsibility to ensure the photo booth’s accessibility at the venue.

3. Event Requirements:

The Client is responsible for providing a suitable space, access to power, any required permits, and a secure location for the photo booth.

4. Intellectual Property:

All website content is exclusive property, protected by copyright. Copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Equipment and Liability:

While we strive to ensure all equipment is fully functioning prior to the booking date, we are not liable for technical issues beyond our control. Our liability for damage or injury is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

6. Indemnity:

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from the use of one our photo booths.

7. Client’s Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for the conduct of event guests and as such, may be held liable for any damages to products or equipment belonging to Prestige Booths as a result of the client’s actions and or their guests.

8. Links to Third-Party Websites:

Our website may contain links to third-party websites; but we are not responsible for their content.

9. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund in the event of abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff and or representatives.

10. Force Majeure:

Neither party is responsible for failure to perform in the event of force majeure.

11. Governing Law:

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the company, superseding all prior agreements, whether communicated orally or in written form.

13. Amendments:

Any changes or amendments must be submitted in writing and signed by both parties.

14. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations communicated to us more than 7 days before an event will be subject to a full refund (excluding the holding deposit). No refund is provided in the event of cancellations that are made within 7 days of your event, however, the option to select a new booking date is provided as long as the requested date is available.

15. Deposit Scheme:

When opting for the deposit scheme, you may secure your desired booking date in advance, but must pay the remaining balance due at least 7 days before the event.
